Comprehensive Property & Committee Insurance
In Cyprus, jointly owned buildings are required by law to maintain comprehensive insurance coverage. To support Committees in meeting this obligation, we work closely with a broad network of licensed insurance providers.
Our role is to connect Committees with industry-leading insurers and to emphasize the specific legal and operational risks Committee members face. By clearly communicating these exposures — such as liability for financial decisions, administrative actions, or third-party claims — we enable insurers to develop tailored policies that often cover both the property requirements and the personal liability of Committee members.

Every concept and strategy we implement today comes from real experience—transforming our own complex from crisis to stability. When we took over, the complex was on the verge of collapse, triggering an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) where owners demanded urgent change.
The problems went beyond just maintenance—there was no transparency, exorbitant fees, and no clear understanding of how funds were spent. Owners had lost confidence, debts were piling up, and the property was falling apart.
